You may join at any time to watch any sessions you wish, regarding your session please make sure to be online at least 30mn to 1h prior

YOUR ZOOM LINK

Your Zoom link will be sent to you this week via email and LinkedIn messaging. Please note that you can use the same link to join any sessions you wish to watch.

Please ensure that you store it somewhere easily accessible.

TECH CHECK

To check sound and video, please feel free to join the Zoom with your speaker link. We will open the backstage area from 8 AM CET / 7 AM BST. For afternoon speakers, please check in during lunch, 1 PM - 2 PM CET.

 

Please note that we will not be able to do any tech checks during the conference.

Sound: Please wear a headset, earphones, or a microphone for better sound quality.

Image: Please ensure your head is centered, with a clear background, in a room with plenty of light.

Please do not join with your phone or tablet.

Background Image: A background image will be provided if you prefer to hide your background. Please ask a team member.

LOGGING IN TO ZOOM

Please be online and ready at least 30 minutes to an hour before your presentation.

  • Join via your Zoom link. Download the desktop app if possible; if not, preferably use Google Chrome to join. Make sure to have a strong internet connection. You might need to enable cookies, JavaScript, and pop-ups.

  • When it's time for your session, please unmute and start your camera. The buttons are situated at the bottom left of your Zoom window.

Our host, David Lanigan, will proceed with your introduction and ask you two questions, one after the other.

After your presentation, please mute yourself and stop your video. You are welcome to stay for the remainder of the event.

SPEAKING TIME

YOU HAVE 6-7 MINUTES OF ANSWER TIME IN TOTAL.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE SPEAKING ORDER PRIOR TO THE EVENT'S DATE.

Q/A

If time permits, we may take questions from the audience.

Our production team will ask you to select questions from the chat, which we will then forward to the host to ask.

Please feel free to answer any unanswered questions directly via the chat after your session.
